              His father late sri venkareshwarlu has developed a 130 acres layout
  in Hyderabad named subash nagar colony in jeedimatla and in 1981 entered
  into  construction  when the  concept of  building  apartments  had still not 
  caught the public attention in Hyderabad.

    
              Mr.S. Ravi Sankar had started construction of  apartments at an 
  young  age  of  23  years in Hyderabad. He was the pioneer to develop 
  apartments  in  1992  at  Puttaparthy "the abode of Sri Satya sai baba". 
  has  now  promoted  Bangalore  Group  Housing to develop   the best
  gated farm house  layout in Hyderabad,Bangalore and Mysore.
